Eligibility
Bellaire Lofts is an income-based program. To be eligible, your total household income must fall within the program limits for Antrim County defined my MSHDA. Households earning up to approximately $78,000/year (1 person) or $90,000/year (2 people) may qualify. Households above the program maximum are not eligible. Your exact rent is calculated based on your verified income, so the more information you share in your application, the more accurately we can match you to a unit and a rate that works for your budget.
Income limits are set by the State of Michigan and verified through the application process. All sources of household income are considered.
