Bellaire Lofts is considered ‘Missing Middle’ housing, priced below market rate, but not subsidized low-income housing. Please use the eligibility estimator below to judge if you qualify.
Your exact rent is calculated based on your household income. The more information you share in your application, the more accurately we can match you to a unit and a rate that works for your budget. Specific documents to verify your income are required by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).

If you make less than 50% AMI your income and application data will need to be reviewed for eligibility. If you make more than 120% AMI, you do not qualify to live at Bellaire Lofts.
